2011 PLIM Two-Day Fall Survival Conference
Location and Pre-registration Procedures
PLIM Members and Supporters,
Review changes below.
1) Pre-registration Procedures for October 29-30, 2011 PLIM Fall Survival Conference - To decrease the processing time for the signin/receipt submissions at the door and increase the time you have to hear the lecture, you are encouraged to submit the signin/receipt forms (Survival Conf Prereg form) with your $20 donation at least a week before the PLIM Fall Survival Conference. It is $25 at the door.
When you enter the room we will have a check list of all pre-paid members and distribute your packets to you as you enter the room.
You can pre-register in two ways.
a) Mail your form and donation to the address below at least a week before the PLIM Fall Survival Conference or
2) Location - Lutheran School of Theology, 7-5 p.m.,1100 E. 55th Street, Room 208, Chicago, Illinois 60615. Free parking is available.
3) Seating is limited. Send donations in advance to assure a seat.
