| Presenters MUST submit the first draft outline that covers the subject by November 1, 1997 with a preliminary list of possible reference sources. The first outline should contain the following headings and preliminary statements under each one: purpose/objective, definitions, past and current theories, the pattern to describe the structure (anatomy) of the phenomenon and its operation (physiology), Biblical references to the occurrence, universal references to the phenomenon. |
| The second outline is due February 1, 1998 with a more detailed bibliography and a definite video title provided you will have one. If you miss these two dates, your topic will be given to another person. |
| The final draft must be submitted by June 1, 1998, NO EXCEPTIONS. Receiving the final outline by June will allow a final review. |
| The bibliography must contain a minimum of at least six books and three Internet sites on the subject. |
